The Pursuit of Happyness.

Reasons why life is fantastic:

-I get to see Benjamin Wright in less than a week.

-I'm going to Salt Lake this weekend for General Conference and Dan is coming with me.

-Two weeks left of school, then exams, and then I'm going to California!!

-I went snowboarding at Brighton yesterday, and it was uh-may-zing!

-I just took my New Testament quiz and I got 97 percent. Take that, school!

-On Sunday, Cait and I are making brownies.

-Ben and Jerry's doesn't really use breast milk in their ice cream, which is a relief, cuz I was really worried about that.

-The weather today is be-a-u-ti-ful today. Yay for sunshine!

-I'm listening to Bishop Allen right now.

-I have amazing people in my life.

Now I'm going to go clean my room and do some homework!

It shouldn't shock me that he's been in love before. And it doesn't.

I just know (maybe not on the same level that he does), what it's like to have your heart tell you one thing, and the Lord to tell you something else. And I know it took me over a year to get over that, and I wasn't anywhere close to being married. At least I don't think. So knowing that something as monumental as that happened less than six months ago...just makes me wonder I guess.

I'm not worried, and I'm not freaking out. I'm just processing all of that through my brain.

Normally, in this sort of situation, I'd be scared. I'm terrified of being vulnerable. But I'm not scared. I trust him. That's big. And it feels so good to say.

Life is good.

It's funny how in one week so much can change.

The point being, I think I have a cake.
And I'm sure as heck going to eat it.
